When you buy your holiday home as a family, there are multiple advantages to benefit from:
With shared ownership, you can split the costs of your holiday home between the family, which means it’s not only cheaper for each family member, but you all get to be owners of a long-term holiday investment.
Quality family time should be a priority all year round, not just at Christmas. When families share the ownership of their holiday home they are investing in a luxury, family retreat where they can continue to make everlasting family memories in coastal or countryside settings.
Coastal or countryside? Adventure or serenity? Perhaps you like nature but you’re not a mountain climber. Or maybe you’re a water sports enthusiast. Whatever your dream holiday type, Salop Caravan Parks have nine 5* luxury holiday home sites that offer something for the whole family to enjoy. Plus, many of the parks are superbly located so that you can enjoy the best of both of worlds from the door of your home away from home.
Grandparents, Geoff and Andrea, first looked into buying their holiday home several years ago but were unsure about the investment at first. Their son Tom, and his wife, Charlotte welcomed their daughter into the world in 2019. They knew it was the perfect time to purchase a place for the whole family to escape to and make memories in together.
Geoff: ‘Having a place out in the countryside that all of us can enjoy together has been fantastic. We chose to purchase through shared ownership so Tom, Charlotte and our granddaughter have a stake in the holiday home. And it means we have something we know we can pass on to them in years to come.’
Charlotte, Geoff’s daughter in law: ‘Sharing ownership with the family has been amazing. We get to escape on holiday together all the time, but no one person holds the responsibility for the holiday home, we share it all. My husband and I know this will be a legacy that carries through into our daughter’s life too.’
All Salop Caravan Parks come with high quality facilities that are maintained by live-in park managers to ensure owners’ stays are as enjoyable and relaxing as possible.
